BREAKING: O’Donnell: “RI State Police Has Runners in Boston”

Rhode Island State Police Superintendent Colonel Steven G. O'Donnell has said that there are members of the State Police up at today's Boston Marathon, following the reports of explosions at the finish line.
"We can't comment on the situation unfolding as it's the jurisdiction of the Boston and Massachusetts police units, but what I can tell you is that we've got runners up there from the Rhode Island State Police, and we're trying to get status on them at this time"
