Get ready to relive the nightmare, as celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay is returning to Providence in July. He came here last winter to film an episode of his reality show Kitchen Nightmares at DownCity Restaurant on Weybosset St. in Providence, and the episode aired in March (and just re-ran last Friday night). He’ll be revisiting the restaurant to see if they have stayed up to his high standards, find out what changes they might have made in his absence, and check if his changes have helped the restaurant bring in more customers. If the revisit episode airs, it will be on during the upcoming season 5, but depending on how things go it may not make it to our TVs. In any case, if you happen to eat there when Ramsay comes a’ knockin’, you’ll get a front row seat to all the action…

If you’ve enjoyed seeing picturesque Little Rhody weekly on ABC, unfortunately that time is over. The procedural drama Body of Proof, starring Dana Delany, got renewed for a second season, but unfortunately that season will be filmed in Los Angeles. Another lead actress from the show, Jeri Ryan, Tweeted on Friday that the show got renewed, but also that it will be shooting in LA. While she is very happy about the news, as LA is her hometown, the Rhode Islanders who have gotten used to seeing Providence in primetime won’t be. Oh well, at least we still have Wes Anderson’s Moonshine Kingdom…

And speaking of Anderson’s feature flick, star Bill Murray was seen in Newport this weekend. He dined at acclaimed Mexican restaurant Perro Salado with his son on both Friday and Saturday (I guess he really liked it). They are filming through June at locations around the state, from Lincoln Woods to Jamestown, so the rest of the stars should be out and about soon as well. Where are you Bruce Willis and Frances McDormand…

Next time you’re at one of rapper T-Pain’s concerts, you may spot a familiar face. Providence native Anisha Gibbs is living her dreams as a dancer touring the world with the rapper who made Auto-Tune famous. Whenever she’s not flying, rehearsing, or performing, she likes to return to Providence to see her family and practice at the Carriage House. Once this tour is done, she wants to move to LA to dance and hopefully choreograph, or even open up her own studio. This tour isn’t stopping at the Dunkin Donuts Center, but Anisha and T-Pain (along with Chris Brown and Lupe Fiasco) will be performing at the Comcast Center in Mansfield, MA on Saturday, June 4, so you better get some tickets to help support our local girl who made it big…

Johnston’s own DJ Pauly D has landed in Italy, but before he went, he had a small incident at NY’s JFK Airport. As Pauly and the rest of the Shore gang (plus a bodyguard) were waiting to board their plane, they were approached by two girls who wanted to take some pictures with them. Unfortunately, Pauly and Co. aren’t allowed to pose for photos with fans, but they did tell the girls they could take their phone numbers or make out with them if they wanted. The girls (sisters, as it turns out), were all for it, but they had to leave to catch their flights. Too bad, as Vinnie remarked that Pauly seemed particularly interested in the pair. Maybe they were New England gals…
