Adventureland!

Your little explorer will be kept plenty busy at this Narragansett treasure. Adventureland features batting cages, go-karts, and bumper boats (who knew bumper cars could be made even more fun?). And when you're ready to take a breather, check out the 28-foot carousel, 18-hole nautical-themed mini-golf course, and the awesome Burdick's Ice Cream Stand. Paper House!

This wonder is an actual house made entirely from newspaper! Built by Mr. Elis F. Stenman, a mechanical engineer who designed machines that made paper clips, the mastermind began building the house in 1922 as a summer house. Plimoth Plantation!

A trip to the Plimoth Plantation is a classic must for any growing New Englander! RI Land Trust Days!

Rhode Island Land Trust Days start this Thursday, August 1st and will feature more than 60 guided walks and events through RI's 47 beautiful land trusts. Governor Chafee and Mayor Taveras will host a kickoff event at the Southside Community Land Trust. If you're up for a challenge, attend at least 4 Land Trust Day activities to be entered into a competition with the grand prize for the person who attends the most activities! Water Wizz!

This awesome waterpark offers 10 fun slides, pools, and kiddie attractions for the whole family. Kids under 7 will love Little Neck Beach, which brings tons of fun in only 18 inches of water.
