Message: From GoLocalProv by GoLocalProv News Team: Governor Lincoln Chafee has declared Friday, December 21, 2012 – the one-week anniversary of the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT – a “Day of Mourning” in the State of Rhode Island.
