David Torrence of Malibu California won the men's division while Molly Huddle of Providence won the women's division at the 2015 CVS Health Downtown 5k on Sunday.
Torrence finished with a time of 13:56.0 while Huddle finished the race with a time of 15:12:0. Huddle defended her title from last year and is now a five time champion of the CVS Health Downtown 5k.
Torrence and Huddle each won $7,000 in prize money for the USA Track & Field Championship.

Dan Huling finished second in the men's race with a time of 13:59:0 and Dathan Ritzenhein finished in third with a time of 14:03.0.
On the women's side, Shalane Flanagan finished second with a time of 15:17:0 while Providence College grad stunt Emily Sisson finished third with a time of 15:48.0.
2015 CVS Health Downtown 5k
The 2015 race saw over 6,000 people from around the world register, including elite and recreational runners as well as walkers and children.
About 3,800 people registered for the main 5k race while almost 1,300 children registered for the event's youth races.

And they’re off! The State House in Providence serves as the backdrop to the start of the 2015 CVS Health Downtown 5k. The annual racing event is the largest charitable sporting event in New England.
