Pep Rally and Fundraising Event Organized for Smithfield Little League’s World Series Run

On Friday, Smithfield Little League All-Stars captured the Metro Regional title with a convincing 7-1 win over New York. 

It marks the first time in 72 years Smithfeld Little League will be represented in the Little League World Series.

Now, the Rhode Island community is coming together in support. 

A pep rally is scheduled for Monday August 14 at 3:00 PM at Deerfield Baseball Field in Smithfield

Board members, parents and elected officials will be in attendance.
