Brown University football gave up 52 points to Dartmouth — it was the sixth time in ten games the Bears gave up more than 40 points.

The season was littered with opponents achieving offensive records on the ground, in the air and for total offense.

With the 52-31 lost Saturday at Brown Stadium, the Bears finished 1-7 in the Ivies and 2-8 overall.

The season was another failure for Brown which has a 7-33 record over the past four seasons they played — the Ivy League did not play sports in 2020 due to the pandemic.

Over the two most recent seasons, James Perry was the head coach and he had a combined record of 4-16.

And, for Brown the news gets worse, they are scheduled to lose their top performer E.J. Perry the senior quarterback who was one of the few bright spots.
