There are fans, and then there are soccer fans. Not to be outdone by their international rivals, Rhode Island's faction of the American Outlaws and other true World Cup fans gathered at Spats Bar and Restaurant to celebrate the 2010 World Cup and to watch the USA Men's Soccer Team take on England. The place was packed as many fans had to stand up while watching the game.
