Another Moderate Party Candidate Drops Out

According to a Moderate Party Press Release issued today, Moderate Party Candidate, Susan Deshpande, has announced her withdrawal from the State Senate race citing personal reasons.
Campaign Director Christine Hunsinger said, "Running for office is a huge commitment and the timing has to be right. We support Susan's decision not to run at the present time but look forward to her future service. Sometimes, other things have to come first."
Deshpande was running for State Senate District 7 in Providence and North Providence against incumbent Frank A. Ciccone III. This is the second candidate of the Moderate Party to recently drop out.
