Nicholas Melucci, of Warwick Dies

Nicholas Melucci, of Warwick, passed away peacefully on February 2nd, 2022. He was the husband of Constance (Moran) Melucci.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Angelo and Pia (Rossi) Melucci. In addition to his wife, he is survived by five children: Christine, Nicholas, Nancy, and Sara Melucci, and Julie Odnoralov and her husband, Ruslan; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and his sister, Lena Buehne.

Nick was a customer service representative at Eastern Airlines for 33 years, a job he loved. He taught sailing classes for many years and loved Narragansett Bay. Golfing, and the friends he met in various leagues later in his life, were a source of great joy. He enjoyed vegetable gardening, sharing meals with his family, and was an expert handyman who was always there to lend a hand.

Calling hours will be on Sunday, February 6th, from 2-4 pm at the Fagan-Quinn Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Rd., North Kingstown. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 7th at 10 am in St. Gregory the Great Church, 360 Cowessett Rd., Warwick. Masks will be required for calling hours and church. Burial will be private.
