M. Patricia "Pat" (Heaton) Lanzi, of Providence, Passes at 93

M. Patricia "Pat" (Heaton) Lanzi, 93, of Providence, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday, October 24, 2021. 

She was the beloved wife of the late Gaetano “Polly” Lanzi. Born in Hastings, England, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Gertrude (Foster) Heaton.

Mrs. Lanzi was an office manager and bookkeeper prior to becoming an accomplished homemaker for her family.

Pat is survived by her loving children, Patricia Conti of Cranston, Guy Lanzi and his wife AnnMarie of Johnston. She was the cherished grandmother of Daniella Grandmont, Kristen D’Ambrosco, Gia Ranieri, John Conti, Anthony Conti, and Alyssa Lanzi. She was the great-grandmother of Dominic Ranieri, Ava Grandmont, Gian Ranieri, and Roy Grandmont. Pat was the sister of the late Sylvia King and Pamela Heaton.

Her funeral will be held on Friday, October 29th at 9:00 a.m. in the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Pius Church, Providence.

Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

Visiting hours will be held Friday morning from 8:00-9:00 a.m.
