Anthony Costa, Passes at 87

Anthony Costa, 87, passed away in his family home on Monday, September 20, 2021 with his son and daughter by his side.

He was the husband of the late Dorothy (Harrington) Costa and the son of the late Manuel and Emma (Pacheco) Costa.

Born in Rehoboth on his family's farm, he was a lifelong resident of the town and carried on his family's legacy of working the land as a Farmer. He had worked in road construction for many years before becoming a welder at General Dynamics Electric Boat.

He will be sadly missed by his beloved family.

Anthony is survived by his children, Michael Costa and Michelle Parker and her husband, Ronald; his brothers, Manuel Costa Jr and Albert Costa; his sisters, Irene Decosta and Dorothy "Shirley" Ancone; and his grandchildren, Melanie Roberts and her husband Stephen, Emily Parker, and Katie Parker.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 8-10 am in Smith Funeral and Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren.

The funeral service will begin at 10:30 am.
