GoLocal's New Editor Kate is onsite at Hope High School where voters are reporting one hour plus delays due to equipment failure in the electronic ballot readers.
At the Providence High School in the center of the East Side of Providence voters are voicing frustration at the delays and the lack of attention from the Secretary of State's office.
