Temps to Near 90s in RI This Week — National Weather Service Issues Hazardous Weather Outlook

Temperatures are expected to near 90 degrees in Rhode Island this week.
The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a "Hazardous Weather Outlook" for the region.
"Summer heat and humidity continues through Thursday with heat index values between the low and middle-90s for portions of CT River Valley," says NWS. "Elsewhere, values are in the upper-80s to 90 degrees."
