Sneakers, Cash Stolen From Providence Store in Armed Robbery

Police are investigating an armed robbery at an apparel store in Providence on Wednesday.
About Incident
Shortly before 2 PM on Wednesday, police were called to Snipes at 47 Eagle Street for a report of a robbery.

At that time, the suspect took out a gun and pointed it at the cashier, and demanded all the money in the register.
The suspect reportedly fled with several hundred dollars — as well as sneakers and a jacket.
Detectives are currently investigating.
