The Sims team collected over 2,600 pounds via skimming the water and collecting trash on the shoreline and in the park.
According to Mike Kiwanis, General Manager of Rhode Island operations, the company and its employees cleaned the park from both the street side and the waterfront utilizing a large flat deck boat.
Sims, a global leader in sustainability and an enabler of the circular economy, ranked 14th on the 2023 Global 100 List of most sustainable companies in the world by Corporate Knights.
