VIDEO: Shooting in Downtown Providence by Garrahy Courthouse, Suspect in Custody (UPDATED)

A shooting occurred outside the Garrahy Judicial Complex in Providence on Thursday morning - and four suspects are now in custody.
Providence Police Chief Hugh Clements spoke following the incident.
"Everyone's safe -- there clearly was an intended target," said Clements. "We believe we have the subject."
