Sexual Harassment at the Providence Police Department: See the Documents
Monday, September 27, 2010
Below is a copy of the Sept. 3 complaint filed with the state Human Right Commission, in which a female officer at the Providence Police Department is accused of sexually harassing other male officers. The name of the female officer and the name of the male officer making the accusation are redacted from this version of the complaint, which is on file at Providence County Superior Court. However, they are identified as Rosemary Chin and Gregory Daniels in a Dec. 15, 2009 letter from an attorney representing Daniels, which is also provided below. (Click here to read about the case.)
