A small plane crashed on Block Island on Wednesday - and the fire department documented the response.
According to the Block Island Fire Department (BIFD), at 4:58 PM, "BIFD E1 E4 L1 to a plane crash off Beacon Hill with 2 reported victims."
They were taken for medical treatment following the incident.

A plane crashed on Wednesday at approximately 12:29 PM, a Cherokee Archer aircraft was involved in an accident at Block Island State Airport.
There were three individuals on board at the time.
The man who died in the accident was Daniel P. Wilson, 77.
