The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Rhode Island and parts of New England due to high temperatures expected this weekend. 

According to NWS, heat indices near 100 degrees are expected Sunday and Monday, and heat advisories will likely be needed.

Massachusetts east of Berkshire County, and Rhode Island.

Heat Advisories will likely be needed for portions of southern New
England on Sunday and Monday with heat indices near 100 degrees.
