“Dear Parents, I am calling to provide an update concerning the bomb threat that was made earlier this morning,” Fezette wrote. "Students and staff members were evacuated to the football field where they remained for approximately one hour. Once the bomb detecting dogs from the RI State Fire Marshall's had cleared the auditorium and gymnasium, students were allowed back into the building. Students were allowed to return to class at 9:45 am. We share in your concerns and appreciate your support in continuing our school day at high school”

The Tiverton Police Department has not commented on the bomb threat yet.

Tiverton High School students were sent home yesterday following similar bomb threats.
