“Large Amount of Cash” Stolen in Bank Heist on Federal Hill

A “large amount of cash” was reportedly stolen in a bank heist in Providence overnight.
According to police, the Santander at 280 Atwells Avenue was broken into shortly after midnight.
Detectives are currently on the scene.
