* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Saturated soil conditions continue across Southern New
England. Potential exists for multiple periods of storms
capable of heavy rain this afternoon and tonight. Storms may
develop by early afternoon in scattered coverage, with more
numerous storms during the late afternoon to early evening.
While individual storms may be progressive, the potential for
multiple rounds of storms and the locally excessive rains
they are likely to produce may elevate the risk for
localized, urban and poor drainage flooding.
