GoLocalProv's 5th Annual Rhode Island's Best Communities takes a detailed, analytical look at all 39 cities and towns in the state to come up with that very answer. After more than 100 hours of analyzing thousands of data points, we have arrived at this year's conclusion.

We will reveal the ranking of the 39 cities and towns in the Ocean State, based on a wide array of categories, from housing data to crime rates to arts and culture sites.
GoLocal will also speak with local officials and community and urban life experts to share their insights on what makes a city or town more or less livable.
