Today, U.S. Congressman David N. Cicilline will visit the locally-owned shops on Hope Street in Providence, as well as small businesses around the state to promote the fourth annual Small Business Saturday.

In his second visit to help promote the event in Rhode Island, he will visit entrepreneurs in Smithfield, Providence, Warren, Tiverton, Newport, and Jamestown.
