Brown Alpert Medical School Mental Health Expert on Coping During Holidays on “Smart Health” LIVE

Professor Lisa Uebelacker at the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University will join “Smart Health” on GoLocal LIVE on Wednesday at 4 P.M.
Uebelacker, who is a Professor of Psychiatry and Human Behavior, focuses on developing and testing innovative psychosocial methods for treating depression, and the use of yoga, physical activity, and health education as adjunctive treatments for depression.
Uebelacker will talk about mental health during the holidays, including coping mechanisms to address stress, anxiety, and grief; as well as how to help family members with mental health issues — including when to seek professional help.
