4-Year-Old Shot in Cranston — Rushed to Hospital

A four-year-old child was shot in Cranston on Tuesday morning. 

The victim was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. 

Law enforcement agencies were at the scene investigating the shooting.

The location of the caller reporting gunshots, who was on Hathaway Street, was in Cranston; as the victims were shot in a vehicle on the street, the crime occurred in Providence.
