Heidi Farmer with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International joined GoLocal News Editor Kate Nagle in the ballroom of 460 Rochambeau to give some insights into the great estate on Providence’s East Side for sale.
“You would think a house like this would be intimidating because of the square footage, but in actuality, there are three rooms on the first floor — there’s a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and that’s it,” said Farmer. “So the livability is so easy — you could be two people living in this ginormous house.”

It’s a ballroom, it’s a gallery, it functions as pretty much anything you need — fundraisers here would be phenomenal.”
The great estate is currently being auctioned by Concierge Auctions, the largest luxury real estate auction firm in the world.
