The Innovator Saul Kaplan Says Its Time to Rethink Parking, Transportation, and Commuting

Uber, ferry to Newport, overtime costs at RIPTA, and parking meters are all swirling issues tied to transportation and are indicators that Rhode Island should be rethinking its transportation system say Saul Kaplan. 

He heads Business Innovation Factory and each year hosts the BIF Summit. According to INC. magazine, the BIF Summit is the second best business meeting in the U.S.

Kaplan said on Business Monday on GoLocal LIVE that there are numerous swirling issues that spark an opportunity to rethink and create a far more efficient and forward thinking transportation system.
