For 25 years now, Marrocco has celebrated La Vigilia the entire month of December at Caffe Dolce Vita.

He describes the seven-course menu he offers, featuring a variety of fishes and ending with chestnuts, a tradition he grew up with in Italy. He spoke of the openness of modifying the menus and traditions for those, who are now learning to enjoy it whether Italian or not.

Caffe Dolce Vita offers the La Vigilia menu for both lunch and dinner.
