LIVE: Team Saran Hosting Fundraiser in October in Providence

A fundraiser for Rhode Islander Art Saran, who is battling ALS, will take place at Cafe Nuovo in October, and his sister Andrya Saran appeared on GoLocal LIVE to talk about her brother's battle. 

The event will be held Thursday, October 12 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Café Nuovo, and will be hosted by the Sarans' longtime friend Anthony Rosciti of the Rosciti construction company. 

They are seeking both corporate and personal donations from any who are moved to help - the fundraiser is geared towards raising funds to support the needs of Art and Art Jr., and specifically for the future care of his little boy.
