Being a student at The Carolyn Dutra Dance Studio means more than just learning dance, it also means learning discipline, professionalism and manners, something Director and Owner Carolyn Dutra feels are important qualities for young people. 

Dutra has kept a focus on classic dance training, while keeping an edge on the industry at her school which was recently voted Rhode Island’s Best Dance School for 2017.

Dutra offers dance classes in all styles, as well as Mommy & Me, Kids Yoga, Modeling & Manners, and a new class called Rhythm Works designed to be inclusive for all learning abilities.
