In 1912 the Winslow building was built. It is across Weybosset Street from what is now the Providence Performing Arts Center. The Winslow Building once housed “The Adelphi Club,” a dance club. The backside of the building is adjacent to the historic Grace Church.
The building was transformed by Ash NYC first into apartments and now they are going condo.
The property is titled 225 Weybosset St Condos @ PPAC Square, and is now on the market.

Josh Cullion of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International joined GoLocal LIVE on Wednesday to unveil the project.
The property includes 12 residential units and four commercial. All four of the commercial units have been sold.
"I don't think you can get in a better landmark location, quite frankly, so it's super exciting," said Cullion.
