Circe's Poland Highlights the New East Greenwich Location on LIVE
General Manager Kyle Poland joined GoLocal LIVE’s Chelsea Guay to talk about the new space, new menu items and attracting a new crowd. "We had been seeking a location for around 3 years now," said Poland "East Greenwich is a great community." Poland also mentioned the fact that the East Greenwich location is attracting locals - a differentiator from the many tourists that the Providence location sees on a weekly basis.
Much of the discussion on GoLocal LIVE - WATCH ABOVE - was about new menu items, restaurant ambiance and the opening of the new location.
Poland says the new menu is more budget-friendly and includes sushi (try the Circe Roll featuring filet, lobster and tuna) and includes some favorites from Providence as well as some new items unique to the new location. When asked about his favorite dish, Kyle mentioned the Lobster Risotto with Avocado Ice Cream and Dragon Crackers. "Its the only time you get to have ice cream before dinner," says Poland.
The new space is located at 1646 Division Rd East Greenwich, RI 02818 significantly larger than the Providence location and has the capability to host events with seating for up to 70 people. To check out the menu or learn more about Circe, visit their website.
