BIF’s Kaplan Talks Amazon’s Disruption to Supermarkets, New Uber CEO, and #BIF2017

Business Innovation Factory's Saul Kaplan, Mr. Innovation, talks about how Amazon's announcement of cutting prices at 400 Whole Foods stores may forever change supermarket retailing in the United States. He also spoke on the building momentum of the BIF Summit in September -- #BIF2017.
On GoLocal LIVE on Business Monday, Kaplan pointed out that arguably two of the biggest innovators in the world have strong RI roots. Rhode Island School of Design graduate Brian Chesky is one of the two founders of Airbnb and newly named Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi is a Brown grad.
