She graced the cover of Playboy, and now she's graced our neck of the woods. Super-down-to-earth Jenny McCarthy was on hand to host the grand opening party of Mohegan Sun’s newest nightlife venue—Vista Lounge. While on the property, McCarthy enjoyed dinner at Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse with her date for the night – her dad. The 39-year-old Playboy cover girl and host of NBC's Love in the Wild was overheard talking about her boyfriend, Brian Urlacher, throughout the night, who according to our sources was planning on attending the launch with her, but got sick. McCarthy’s cocktail of choice for the night was Lemon Drop Martinis and she was spotted taking shots of Patron. After the party, she headed to the blackjack tables with her dad. Also on site for the grand opening were Nick McDonald of the New England Patriots and Mike Aktari of Style Network’s Jerseylicious.

The stars keep rolling through the 401 via the West Bay, as Chad Verdi's new film, Self Storage, continues filming. As Jonathan Silverman departs, Oscar nominee Eric Roberts arrives. sister is Julia Roberts (you've heard of her, right?), and his other sister, Lisa Roberts Gillian, has appeared in films ranging from Runaway Bride to Something to Talk About. Finally, his daughter, Emma Roberts, made her film debut in the 2001 drama, Blow. Michael Berryman is also in town for Self Storage this week, but not before enjoying a ride on the Block Island Ferry and some time on Rhode Island's offshore getaway, which he graciously pronounced "a perfect little gem." The well-known horror film actor is probably best known for his role as Pluto in Wes Craven's 1977 film, The Hills Have Eyes.

Speaking of the New England Patriots, one player in particular spent some time in RI recently, for cosmetic reasons. Wes Walker, the Pats' All-Pro wide receiver, not only underwent a hair restoration procedure with Cranston's Dr. Robert Leonard, but Walker is going public about it in a big way, grabbing a photo op with Dr. L and sharing the news. After five hours in the doctor's office, Welker emerged with a new set of follicles, no bandages, and was able to get right back to training, even wearing a helmet. Hair-raising escapades, for sure.
