Thursday, July 08, 2010
In this summer's ranking of best communities in RI by GoLocalProv, Bristol finished in the top half of RI at #18. This weekend's fourth of July parade may have helped Bristol's perception and now national magazine Family Circle has Bristol ranked in the top 10 in the US.
The criteria is a lot different than GoLocal's multi-dimensional analysis of data. "Bristol is a special place every 4th of July - the sense of community year round make's it a wonderful visit on a weekend to shop or dine, and its is one of those great RI communities to live in," said GoLocalProv's Features Editor Tracey Minkin.
