“Fall for Lucy’s Hearth” Fundraiser Event to Take Place at International Tennis Hall of Fame

Lucy’s Hearth is set to host its eighth annual “Fall for Lucy’s Hearth” fundraiser event to celebrate the organization's 35th anniversary.
The event will take place on Wednesday, October 16 at the International Tennis Hall of Fame.
“Lucy’s Hearth is a crucial part of our community that works hard every day to assist children and families with much-needed housing and support to help break the cycle of homelessness. The Hall of Fame is proud to support such an impactful organization,” said Co-Chair Todd Martin, CEO of International Hall of Fame.

The event will feature passed hors d’oeuvres and small plates by Russell Morin Fine Catering and Events along with live music from Pat Cottrell. There will be a Silent Auction, a live auction with auctioneer Emlen Drayton and heard remarks from Martin.
The co-chairs of the event are Martin, CEO and Deborah Linnell.
“Lucy’s Hearth has created a space both physically and programmatically where children and families can receive the support they need to achieve self- sufficiency and thrive in the face of adversity,” said Linnell.
The Susan M. Wilson Volunteer of the Year award will be presented to Rachel Cocroft.
About Lucy’s Hearth
Lucy’s Hearth was established in 1984 as a grassroots organization serving as a night-to-night shelter for homeless women and children in the community.
In the last year, Lucy’s Hearth served 159 parents and children in it's Emergency and Transitional Shelters. In FY 2019, they served nearly 50,000 meals and provided over 20,000 bed nights.
