Coggeshall Farm Museum will be selling trees for Christmas on Sunday December 7. The event will take place between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the living history museum, which has interpreters dressed in period-appropriate clothing to show the tasks of everyday life in 1799.

Free tours will be made available with the purchase of a tree.

"We encourage our guests to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and enjoy a simpler time, before many of our current Christmas traditions had emerged," says Cindy Elder, Executive Director of Coggeshall Farm Museum. "If you haven't been to Coggeshall lately, bring the family and step into a world apart, a wrinkle in time where hard work and and fresh air are part of the fabric of life."
