Warwick Art Museum: Art Right Now Opens

Locally grown, locally working, and now, locally celebrated.
Warwick Museum of Art will open a new art exhibit entitled Art Right Now featuring the art of a dozen local artists who meet monthly at the museum and create works based on themes they choose.
The 12 artists, all from Rhode Island and Massachusetts, are Deborah Carlson, Mary Lou Conca, Chrystee Governo, Deanna Hope, Michael Kanelos, Barry Martasian, Patty Martucci, Nicole McDermott, David McGuirl, Ewa Stosik-Moers, Bernadette Pace and Tom Rose.

The Opening Reception, open to the public, will be held on Friday, October 8 from 7-9pm. Light refreshments will be served. Admission is free; donations to the WMOA are gratefully accepted.
