The Old Grist Mill Tavern in Seekonk is for sale -- for $3 million.
According to the listing on Commercial Real Estate Exchange. Inc., the nearly 14,000 square foot property has been on the market now for two weeks.

The restaurant is still open, according to its Facebook page.
On Tuesday, the Grist Mill listed “Seafood Mornay” and shaved prime rib sandwich specials, as well pot pie, fish, seafood, and bakery takeout options.
Owner Greg Esmay stressed that the restaurant is not closing.
"Nothing's changed at all," Esmay told GoLocal. "This isn't COVID-related. Sales-wise we're doing fine, we've been impacted like everyone in the industry, but we have no financial issues whatsoever."
"We've been part of the Seekonk community, and we plan to continue to be part of it," he added.
