CITY OF PROVIDENCE: Retirement Board of the Employees Retirement System Meeting March 28

1. The Board may meet in Executive Session, pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws §42-46-4 and §42-46-5(a)(2) and (4), to discuss Board action to be taken under § 17-189.1(c) to revoke or reduce the retirement benefits of Mr. Michael McCarthy. The meeting discussion may include, but is not limited to, the selection of hearing dates, the procedure the Board shall take, the type of evidence to be considered by the Board, potential witnesses, notice requirements, the due process afforded under § 17-189.1(e), and the balancing test described in § 17-189.1(f). The Board may also elect to take a vote or action regarding the same.
