The state’s leading tax dodgers must pay $1.3 million in income taxes, the State Supreme Court ruled today.
William and Marielle Reilly, the parents of Portsmouth State Rep. Dan Reilly, have long contended that the state has its figures wrong and is trying to collect on taxes earned after they left the state.
The family now lives in Boca Raton, FL.
