Caprio Lands Job at Finance Firm

Former Democratic candidate for Governor and General Treasurer Frank Caprio has signed on as Managing Director at Atlanta-based finance firm Chatham Capital.
Chatham is a finance firm that provides growth and acquisition capital to small- and middle-market companies, primarily those in the health care, manufacturing and business services industries.
Overseeing investments for the firm that generally range from $2 million to $60 million, Caprio will have to call upon his experience managing Rhode Island's $7 billion pension fund (which included 60 private equity investments) and leading American transactions for Cookson Group plc, a multinational materials technology company.
