LIVE: Naval War College's Bundy on World's Largest Unmanned Ship "Sea Hunter"

Dr. Will Bundy at the United States Naval War College appeared on GoLocal LIVE where he spoke about Sea Hunter, after the U.S. Department of Defense’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) had just recently completed trials of the world’s largest unmanned ship. 

The vessel demonstrator, which was tested as part of the agency’s Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Continuous Trail Unmanned Vessel (ACTUV) program, has officially been transferred to the Office of Naval Research (ONR) for further development.

Bundy spoke to the uses of unmanned ships such as Sea Hunter, and how questions continue to arise to to the use of such technology -- and how an "integrated" approach of manned and unmanned technology will likely be the future.
