Fox News’ Carlson Blasts RI Federal Court for Freeing Suspect in Stabbing Inside Federal Hill Lounge

Fox News talk show host Tucker Carlson addressed the circumstances that led the latest murder on Federal Hill during the final segment of his show on Wednesday night.
Carlson said that the incident, which saw Joel Francisco stab Troy Pine to death inside Nara Lounge, is a result of the “First Step Act,” which allowed Francisco to be released early from prison back in February.
The release of Francisco was granted by U.S. Federal Court Judge William Smith.

According to Carlson, Francisco was regarded as a prince of the Almighty Latin Kings.
Carlson is no stranger to Rhode Island as he attended St. George’s School in Middletown.
The Incident
As GoLocalProv reported, there is currently an arrest warrant out for Francisco after the death of Pine death inside of Nara.
"The stabbing occurred inside the bar," said Providence Police Major David Lapatin at a news conference.
According to one Federal Hill resident, who witnessed the aftermath — it was “just a matter of time.”
