Meeting Street School

On Thursday February 12, Meeting Street School will host a free two hour workshop from 6 to 8 pm to help parents understand how to effectively discipline their children.

Using clinical psychologist Dr. Thomas W. Phelan’s book and program “1-2-3 Magic, Effective Discipline for Children 2-12” as a basis, Meeting Street Head of School and Hope Academy Superintendent, Margaret Knowlton, as well as Head of School for the Hope Academy, Donna Dimery, will run the workshop.

Knowlton says, “‘1-2-3 Magic for Parents’ provides simple and effective methods of child discipline that have proven to help parents with children of all ages improve their behavior.”
