Just how Rhode Island are the candidates for the First Congressional District? GoLocalProv used a number of factors to calculate a score for each one - including their accent. We asked speech expert Pamela Howell to analyze the authenticity of the candidates' accent, ranking them on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the most Rhode Island.
