Vera (Annicone) Treglia, of East Providence, Dies at 91
She was the wife of the late Angelo Treglia.
Vera was born in Providence a daughter of the late James and Vera Annicone.
Vera had worked as a cashier for Stop and Shop for many years, before retiring. She had been a resident of East Providence since 1959, coming from Ledge Street in Providence. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Loreto Church.
Mrs. Treglia is survived by her son David Treglia of East Providence. She was the grandmother of Matthew Treglia, Neil Treglia, Amy Treglia, Christine Treglia and Dana Treglia. She was the great-grandmother of Mackenzie Perkins. She was also survived by many nieces and nephews. Vera was the sister of the late Anthony Annicone, Eddy Anicone, Skippy Annicone, Tina Annicone and Frances Jensen. She was the mother of the late Angelo Treglia.
Her funeral will be held Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 9:00 am from the Rebello Funeral Home, 901 Broadway, East Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Our Lady of Loreto Church, 346 Waterman Avenue, East Providence.
Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, 163 Smithfield Road, Pawtucket.
