Pauline M. Moore, of Coventry, Passes at 77

Pauline M. Moore, 77, of Coventry, passed away peacefully at Kent Hospital on Sunday, June 13, 2021. 

She was the loving wife of the late Orville Moore. 

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Luke and Anita (Boudreau) Santangelo.

Pauline spent her working years with the State of Rhode Island. During her career, Pauline first worked in the School Lunch Program for many years.  She later went on to become a certified nursing assistant at Eleanor Slater Hospital before enjoying her retirement. 

Pauline loved flowers and found solace in spending her time gardening. She also enjoyed bowling, playing cards, and making people laugh. 

Pauline is survived by her loving children David Moore, and his wife Karen, of Cranston, and Darlene Hunter, and her significant other Clay Fowell, of Naples, Florida. Beloved grandmother of Marissa and Ariana Giordano. She was the sister of Rita Paul, Patricia Messier, Deborah Arel, Lisa Jencks, and the late Irene Roth and Luke Santangelo Jr. 

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, June 17, 2021, from 9:00 am - 11:00 am at the Iannotti Funeral Home at Maple Root, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Road (Route 3), Coventry, RI.

A funeral service will begin at 11:00 am.

Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Pauline’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital would be appreciated.
